Also note that any user with a version earlier than 2017, will need to pay for a new license, as those versions will no longer be supported.
Please remember that serialized licenses can be converted to Named User licensing at any time converting licenses to Named User will preclude you from the reserialization process. Prior to CSU’s Adobe contract renewal in March 2021, it is possible that another serialized version will be available to cover the Spring 2021 semester. For labs using Acrobat Pro 2017 that wish to continue using shared licenses through February 2021, it is critical that they are on the reserialized version. However, if you “reserialized” your version of Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 in June, the license will be usable through February 2021. Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 serialized licensing expired September 2020.
